Service & Support employee

On regular basis we receive service & support requests from our clients. This could be a simple users question or involving user settings but also a feature request to change the functionality of the application. And of course we need to be available at all times for errors in the system and help resolve them. You communicate with our clients directly and if necessary escalate the issues to the next line. Are you someone who has experience in the field of service & support and are you completely focused on customer service? Let us know! We are looking for people with MBO level working experience. Your communication skills must be perfect.
