As newbase user you can contact our service & support desk. Our Dutch- and English speaking are at your service.

Standard with a Newbaseonline subscription you will receive our Silver Service & Support contract. With this contract your application manager can aks on-line questions. When other users would like to use the service of our support desk there will be additional costs. When you have a Gold or Diamond Service & Support contract all users can contact our support desk with user questions without extra costs.
